• Einstein partnered with Graphcom to improve its response rates by testing what tactics work best—letter length, topic, messaging, envelope design, follow-up strategies, and more.
• In addition to writing, designing, producing, and mailing the letters, Graphcom is also developing the testing plan and reporting the results to Einstein in order to improve response rates and lower the cost per donor acquisition for the upcoming year.
